I’m a results-driven, hands-on, well engineering & project management leader with 16 years of international experience delivering high-impact capital projects up to USD 700 million across IOC, NOC, and Fortune-500 companies which includes remote land onshore, HPHT environments, semi-submersible deepwater rigs, subsea well construction, wells plug and abandonment & decommissioning. Known for bringing teams together, bridging drilling operations, subsurface engineering, and large-scale project execution into commercially successful outcomes.
My career spans leadership roles at EOG Resources, Bapco Upstream, Hess Corporation, EnQuest, and Petronas across Bahrain, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, and the UK. I’ve consistently delivered exceptional results: reducing well costs by 50%, accelerating project timelines, and driving operational efficiency improvements by 30-50%.
As a Chartered Engineer with an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and drilling & decommissioning as my domain knowledge, I bridge the gap between traditional well engineering and digital transformation, leveraging AI and Codes to unlock resource potential in the world’s most challenging drilling environments. I am currently exploring DeFI and Energy RWA, oil and gas production tokenization.
I'm developing a suite of web-based engineering tools to modernize well engineering workflows. These tools, originally built as Excel templates, are being transformed into accessible web applications for the global energy community.
